What an AHU selection needs
The list the engineering desk works from, so a selection arrives complete.
An air handling unit is built around its duty, so a selection needs the whole brief: supply and extract airflow and the fresh-air share; the external static pressure of the ductwork at those airflows; the coil duties, with entering and leaving air conditions and the chilled-water temperatures or the DX circuit; and the heat recovery type and efficiency.
Then the rest of the specification: filter classes to ISO 16890, such as ePM1 on supply air; humidity control, if any; acoustic limits; indoor or outdoor location, with sand protection outside; plant space, access route and whether the unit must ship in sections; fan type and specific fan power target; BMS integration over BACnet or Modbus; and the electrical supply.
AHU prices in our catalog are indicative until the engineering desk confirms the selection.
